LEVEL 3 - Well-being nutrition in real life - Labels, recipes and organisation
Understanding the principles of a balanced diet is a first step. Successfully applying them when you are working, short on time, or feeling tired and stressed is another. This third level focuses on putting these principles into practice and provides concrete tools to help you make better product choices, organize your kitchen, prepare simple meals and plan your diet without falling into a rigid or restrictive routine. You will learn how to decipher a food label, compare different products and distinguish nutritional information from marketing claims. You will also discover how to organize your cupboards, refrigerator and freezer so that balanced options are more readily available in everyday life. Particular attention will be paid to busy or stressful periods, when meals are more easily skipped, improvised or replaced by highly processed products. You will learn how to anticipate these moments with simple, practical solutions adapted to your lifestyle. The goal: to leave with concrete tools for organizing your shopping, reducing waste, putting together balanced meals with a few simple ingredients and building a realistic, flexible and sustainable approach to eating, while putting into practice the knowledge acquired across all three levels.
