Discover the traditional preparation of Quetschekraut in copper vats, as well as plum jam and plum brandy sales.

Concerts: Zolwer Knappbléiser at 12:00 p.m., Big Band Memory at 3:00 p.m. and DJ Rick at 5:30 p.m. Three menus are served at the cultural center from 12:00 p.m. Plum tart, doughnuts, waffles, BBQ, fries, drinks stands and champagne bar.
