Beauty, Sports and Peace of MindBeauty, Sports and Peace of MindAn afternoon of yoga followed by a homemade sweet and savoury picnic in the garden of House of OM. The holistic yoga session, led by a certified instructor, combines postures, breathwork and meditation. All levels are welcome.

The picnic includes fresh fruit, salads, toasts, cheese, charcuterie, coffee or tea, and a glass of Bernard-Massard Crémant Cuvée de l’Écusson; vegetarian and mostly lactose-free options are available. The picnic takes place outdoors under a covered area. Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the class starts. Equipment is provided; changing rooms are available, with no showers.
