Schools and childcare facilities are living spaces shaped by diverse perspectives, cultural backgrounds, needs and experiences. This training helps participants address this diversity actively and thoughtfully by exploring its visible and invisible dimensions, barriers to participation and their own attitudes. Through interactive exercises, case studies, role-playing and perspective shifts, participants develop practical approaches to strengthen equity, belonging and inclusion in classrooms and extracurricular care settings.
