Karin Melchert and Rosemarie Schmitt present a literary and musical reading combining suspense and humour. Rosemarie Schmitt reads from her crime novel Das Gift der Stille, about the façade of marriage, dangerous silence and whether anyone can become a murderer. Karin Melchert reads from Das Lied vorm Tod, in which a singer comes under suspicion following a series of murders. The Crime Sisters are accompanied on piano by Albena Petrovic.
