Opening hours: Saturday from 2 p.m. to midnight; Sunday from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. Free entry; Brassigaume glass €5 and Brassigaume token €2.30, required for tastings. Light refreshments including spring rolls and spit-roasted pork, as well as a bottle shop on site.
