🗝️ Workshop 2: From Overburdened to Self-Assured Woman - Family Constellations (Intensive 1-Day Format) “From Source Woman to Pillar Woman: Embodying Your Sacred Serenity & Radiance” The purpose of this day is to bring about your fundamental shift: leaving behind the sacrificial stance to reclaim your full responsibility, establish an unwavering emotional structure, and anchor this new frequency sustainably in the material world. Objective: Reclaim your inner authority, deprogram the “savior” role, set clear boundaries, and activate your personal radiance in all your systems (relationship, home, professional projects). DAY PROGRAM (10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.) ✅ 10:00 – 10:30 a.m. | Grounding & Opening: Alignment of the Polarities Somatic Harmonization & Polarities (15 min): Guided body exercise to realign the masculine (structure, grounding) and the feminine (intuition, receptivity). Moving out of “doing” mode to enter “being.” ✅ 10:30 – 11:45 a.m. | Deprogramming & “Pillar Woman” Somatic Ritual Meditation and physical grounding (upright posture, level gaze, grounding through the feet) so that you imprint in your cells what it means to inhabit your body as a Pillar Woman rather than as a Source Woman. ✅ 11:45 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. | Break & Somatic Integration Time to decompress, practice conscious nourishment, and assimilate the codes of sovereignty. ✅ 12:30 – 1:15 p.m. | Role-Playing Exercises: Setting Firm and Compassionate Boundaries Objective: Learn to state a clear, embodied “no,” without guilt or over-justification, in the 3 key spheres: relationship, work, and family. - Family Constellations revisited in the A.G.A.P.È. style. ✅ 1:15 – 2:00 p.m. | Structuring the Space of Sacred Serenity - Guided somatic exercise to build the structure of the Pillar Woman. ✅ 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. | Closing & Activation of Radiance - Final ritual to activate the frequency of abundance and expansion without fear of rejection, with a shamanic drum meditation - Circle of commitment to oneself and sealing of the space. ✨ The A.G.A.P.È Integration Key At 3:00 p.m., you do not leave this day “healed”: you leave it sovereign. You have returned what did not belong to you and reclaimed your inner throne.
