Show & CultureShow & CultureDance Masters! – Best Of Irish Dance offers a journey through two hundred years of Irish culture, where traditional Irish stepdance and joyful music tell a story. The show traces the history of Irish stepdance, from the travelling dance masters who appeared around 250 years ago in Ireland’s villages and small towns to its international breakthrough at the Eurovision Song Contest in 1994. Around a dozen Irish step dancers, accompanied by live music and singing, perform choreographies to guitar, violin and traditional bagpipe sounds. Images of Ireland are projected on a large screen.
