European Authors Day celebrates the joy of reading and the richness of European literature. This European Commission initiative brings together readers, authors, libraries, schools and cultural institutions through readings, meetings and conversations under the motto “Read. For Real.”. In Luxembourg, Institut Pierre Werner coordinates and promotes the initiative nationally. The announced programme includes events with Caroline Wahl, Judith Schalansky and Angès Desarthe.
