In an elegant and cozy setting, dressed in the colors of Italy, comfortably seated on your velvet chair, get ready to savor a meal… just like at Nonna’s!

A real crush! At Radici, you immediately feel the warmth of mamma’s cooking and the sunshine of the South on your plate. Chef Rodolfo Serritelli, after traveling the world (Vietnam, China, Macao…), returns to his Italian roots with a concept that is sincere, generous, and absolutely delicious.

Of course, we tested it for you! And we can assure you, we tasted the best focaccia of our lives (no exaggeration!): ultra-soft, light as a cloud, and almost too good to eat… almost.

For starters, the Vitello Tonnato alla Piemontese won us over with its originality and explosion of flavors. The main course, a lobster risotto, was perfectly executed, elegant, and melting in the mouth. For a sweet finale, the pistachio sorbet closed the meal on a light note: highly original, delicious, lightly sweetened, and topped with a little drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

Set in a green, elegant, and colorful environment where each plate is a unique work of art created by an artist, this place reflects the generosity of the chef, whose smile shines through every dish, delighting guests with a dazzling show cooking experience.

In short: a one-way ticket to Italy without leaving Kirchberg.
