Discover your cycle through movement! As part of the exhibition Et leeft, we are offering four yoga workshops, held in English, open to everyone, and no prior experience required.

Each session combines movement with a selected part of the exhibition. Valérie, better known as Mettā Yoga Luxembourg, is trained in Vinyasa, Thai Yoga Massage and Yoga Nidra, with a deep love for the slow, introspective practice of Yin Yoga. Inspired by how diverse people are, she adapts her practice to students’ needs and incorporates storytelling into her Yin and Yoga Nidra classes to cultivate mettā (loving kindness).
