Stretching and Strengthening
Inspired by ballet dancers' training techniques and accessible to everyone, this floor-based course combines flexibility, muscle strengthening, and body awareness. Without the constraints related to balance, it helps improve posture, better feel body alignment, and develop strength that is both flexible, precise, and controlled. Thanks to a progressive and accessible approach, you will gain mobility, tonicity, and fluidity in movement while enjoying the pleasure of moving. This course can also serve as an excellent warm-up for the "Dance Improvisation" class.
