Formed in the late 1990s in Washington, DC, Faraquet quickly gained recognition for creating a unique style, fusing diverse influences with intricate melodies and innovative rock structures. Although their time together was brief, Faraquet made a lasting impact on the indie and progressive rock scenes. In 2025, the band celebrates the 25th anniversary of their only LP, The View From This Tower, now considered a touchstone of 1990s experimental rock. To mark the occasion, Devin Ocampo, Jeff Boswell, and Chad Molter reunite for their first shows since 2008, including a stop at the Congés Annulés festival. The concert will open with Mutiny on the Bounty, known for high-energy performances, heavy riffs, and complex melodies, offering a truly electrifying live experience.
