HATHA YOGA LUNCH - Summer Special
Treat yourself to a wellness break with a complete session of traditional Hatha Yoga enriched by the postural knowledge of Dr. Bernadette De Gasquet's method. You will be guided through a sequence of postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques that promote stress reduction and body awareness. Philosophical and wellness discussions may also be offered. To bring: A yoga mat as well as a strap and a yoga block. Please note that there are no changing rooms or showers on-site.
