The power of your plate: composing meals that support energy, hormones, and digestion. Chronic stress, mental fatigue, cravings, sleep disorders, and energy decrease are not solely related to lifestyle: nutrition plays a fundamental role in balancing the nervous system, hormones, and blood sugar levels.
During this workshop, you will discover how to compose a plate that genuinely supports your body and mind through the principles of naturopathy and nutritherapy. You will learn to better understand your fatigue and energy fluctuations, stabilize your blood sugar levels and limit cravings, compose anti-stress meals, support your concentration and mood, and leave with concrete, simple, and sustainable tools.
