Course: Yoga D’Stress - Mobility & Flexibility
A gentle and accessible yoga class to release tension, regain mobility, and reconnect with your body. Designed for beginners, stiff, sedentary or athletic individuals, this class offers a simple and progressive approach to yoga, including standing, seated, and lying postures. Through fluid movements, basic postures, and breathing work, each person progresses at their own pace in a relaxed and caring atmosphere. The goal is to loosen the body, improve flexibility, increase mobility, and reduce stress as well as everyday tensions. No yoga experience is necessary: you don't need to be flexible to start. A moment to breathe, slow down, and feel better in your body throughout the summer.
To bring: yoga mat - yoga blocks. Please note that there are no changing rooms or showers available on site.
