    Stress is now a part of the daily lives of many people. Yet, it is often misunderstood and only really taken into account when the first signs of exhaustion appear. This workshop aims to explore the mechanisms of stress, identify one's own triggering factors and better understand the signals sent by the body and the mind. The objective is to develop concrete strategies to sustainably reduce overload and regain more stability in daily life. Participants will discover the different types of stress, the impacts of chronic stress as well as simple tools for regulation and prevention. They will also leave with concrete and directly applicable action steps for both their professional and personal lives.
