Course: Understanding and Reducing Daily Stress
Stress is now a part of daily life for many people. Yet, it is often misunderstood and only really taken into account when the first signs of exhaustion appear.
This workshop aims to explore the mechanisms of stress, identify one's own triggering factors, and gain a better understanding of the signals sent by the body and mind.
The goal is to develop concrete strategies to sustainably reduce overload and regain more stability in daily life.
Participants will discover the different types of stress, the impacts of chronic stress, as well as simple tools for regulation and prevention. They will also leave with concrete action steps that can be directly applied in their professional and personal lives.
