Are you ready to step away from digital screens, enhance your physical strength, and kick-start your Sunday with an enthusiastic, welcoming group of expat and local professionals? Join us at the scenic Parc de Merl for a lively Outdoor Fitness Bootcamp! This event is crafted as a fun, engaging, and non-competitive group activity. We will organize a series of exercise stations where we train in small groups, this is a great opportunity to motivate one another, exchange positive energy, and form new friendships. The Workout: A dynamic 45-minute full-body session combining bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, medicine/slam balls, lightweight resistance bands, agility ladders/cones/hurdles, and speed jump ropes (all available on-site) aimed at boosting your strength, coordination, and cardiovascular fitness. Event Fee: €15 (payable online through Meetup). Capacity Limit: Up to 20 participants (to maintain a friendly, high-quality, and cohesive group atmosphere). What to bring: Please wear comfortable sportswear, sports shoes, and bring a water bottle as well as a small towel/yoga mat if you prefer to lie on the grass.
