Join us at the beautiful Parc de Merl for an energetic and highly interactive Outdoor Fitness Boxing class designed to help you relax after a tiring day at your desk. This class relies on partners, naturally promoting communication, teamwork, and laughter. You will work in pairs, alternating between throwing punching combinations and holding the focus pads, making it an excellent way to improve coordination and meet new people. The Workout: A high-intensity, non-contact cardio session combining dynamic pad-work, shadowboxing (punching the air), and intense bodyweight intervals. Gear Provided On-Site: We supply professional focus pads and hygienic, freshly laundered inner-mitts free of charge. There's no need to buy or bring your own costly boxing gloves; everything you need is provided on-site!
