On the Roof of the Centre Pompidou-Metz

In August, architectural tours return beneath the unique roof designed by architects Shigeru Ban and Jean de Gastines. This is a unique opportunity to discover a part of the museum normally inaccessible to the public, for three Wednesdays starting August 5. The tour is guided by the exceptional Secretary General of Centre Pompidou-Metz. Full of commentary and anecdotes, it reveals the complexity of building this iconic structure, the maintenance methods, kilometers of beams, the roof's surface, and other fascinating stories about this exceptional museum.
