The permanent exhibition of Musée Dräi Eechelen

In the permanent exhibition, each casemate illustrates a period in the fortress's past through its links with Luxembourg's history. The tour begins in the Middle Ages with the Burgundian capture of the city in 1443 and ends with the construction of the Adolphe Bridge in 1903. Around 600 original objects and documents, often previously unseen, reflect the richness of the collections. Historical photographs illustrate the fortress before and during its dismantling. The historic redoubt, its underground galleries and mines are themselves exhibition objects. A multimedia area provides access to an interactive database and audiovisual documentation.
