Meet the Artist: Tiffany Matos – “From the Outside Looking In”

Meet visual artist Tiffany Matos as part of her exhibition “From the Outside Looking In”. Inspired by Roger Ulrich’s 1984 study on environmental psychology, the collection connects raw natural elements with moments of light and suspended atmosphere. Through painting, sculpture, photography and video, the artist explores the tension between preservation and impermanence. Using drying, painting and resin encapsulation, she preserves organic forms in time and reflects on the calming role of art in a care setting.
