Show & CultureShow & CultureAs part of the European Heritage Days, under the theme “Heritage in Peril: Reviving, Resisting, Reimagining”, this self-guided visit explores the transformation of an area shaped by the steel industry. Discover changes in professions, the digitalisation of production tools, decarbonisation, biodiversity preservation and the development of sustainable solutions. Augmented-reality and generative-artificial-intelligence demonstrations addressing today’s industrial challenges are available throughout the visit. A film also retraces the history of the steel industry and ArcelorMittal, from its founding industrial past to an industry focused on innovation.
