Good to know
Touchscreen devices and smartphones will generally only receive diagnostics and advice. Bring everything needed to test the item to be repaired, such as cables, a charger, manual, consumables or spare parts if available. Volunteer repairers, as well as people to help with reception and organisation, are welcome.
