Pioneers of sludge metal, Eyehategod are bringing their raw, dirty and uncompromising NOLA sound to the Schungfabrik. For more than 30 years, the legends from New Orleans have defined sludge through a toxic blend of hardcore, doom and heavy blues—slow and brutally sincere. On stage, Eyehategod don’t play—they impose themselves. Misery transformed into power, noise turned into liberation. Crushing riffs, suffocating tension and total intensity. Deafkids bring another form of chaos with their fusion of noise, hardcore and tribal rhythms in hypnotic, almost ritualistic performances. Local heroes Cosmogon open the evening with brutal darkness, a dense atmosphere and massive heaviness.
