Show & Culture

As part of the Advocacy Coalition 2026-2027, the Embassy of the Netherlands in Luxembourg presents a screening of “Eddy’s War”, a documentary exploring Russia’s war against Ukraine through the lens of Dutch war photographer Eddy van Wessel. Directed by Joost van der Valk, the film follows Eddy van Wessel along the Ukrainian front line in search of an image that can capture the reality of war. It reveals the human stories behind the photographs and the emotional challenges of documenting war. The screening will be followed by a panel discussion with Eddy van Wessel, Inna Yaremenko and H.E. Carin Lobbezoo.
