Pilates Postural
Postural re-education and conscious strengthening of the musculoskeletal system. Postural Pilates is a class rooted in the core principles of the Pilates method,with a focused approach to biomechanical alignment, deep core muscle activation (including the transversus abdominis, pelvic floor, and multifidus), and functional postural re-education. Ideal for individuals with sedentary lifestyles, chronic pain (lumbar or cervical),postural imbalances, or as a supportive practice in rehabilitation processes. The trainer also speaks German, French and Spanish. Kindly note that there are no changing rooms or showers available at our location.
