Warm sand, colorful parasols, deckchairs galore… and the Moselle River as your backdrop: no need for a plane ticket, Metz offers you an XXL vacation right in the city center. Yes, Metz Plage returns every year to give you a real treat from the beginning of July to mid-August.

Chill vibe or ultra-active? The choice is yours.
Between swims in the water park, you can try beach rugby, challenge your friends to mölkky, relax with a yoga session or dance your heart out in zumba mode (zumba hey zumba ahhhhh)!

Mini-vacationers also have their own kingdom: water games, creative workshops, slides, inflatable structures… there’s plenty to keep them busy all summer long.

After the beach? Head to the open-air café!
Cocktail in hand, sunset over the Moselle, soft music (or not), and an atmosphere like being by the sea. We extend the day until 11 p.m. for the night owls.

How to get there?

• By bus: The Le Met' network serves the area around the site directly (Find timetables and routes on www.lemet.fr)
• By bike: Leave your bike safely in the designated parking lot.
• On foot: Located 5 minutes from the city center, Metz Plage is easily accessible via the path behind the Esplanade or by passing through the Île du Saulcy
• By car: Park in peace at the Indigo République car park (€3/day), located just a 5-minute walk from the Plan d'Eau. Remember to validate your ticket at the Metz Plage reception chalet to benefit from the special rate.

For your comfort, equipment is available:
• Sports and beach equipment to borrow to enjoy the activities,
• Secure lockers to store your personal belongings,
• A charging station for telephones, powered by solar panels, accessible to all.
• A misting tunnel to cool off
