Christmas Concert
Choir, Soloists and Orchestra
"Stella Natalis" and "Joy to the World" unfold as a suite of Christmas carols beautifully composed and arranged by Karl Jenkins, blending tradition and modernity. You will discover an original work performed for a soloist, a double choir, a string orchestra, percussion, two keyboards, and a solo trumpet.
These concerts will be the result of a close collaboration between the MOZAÏK Voices choral ensemble and the Luxembourg orchestra "Estro Armonico". The program will also include remarkable pieces from the sacred and Christmas repertoire, including:
• Magnificat RV610 by Vivaldi
• Ecce Novum and The First Nowell by Ola Gjeilo
• Laudate Dominum by W.-A. Mozart
• Midnight Mass by Adam
• Silent Night by Jenkins
