Lecture in Luxembourgish language. The Ronnie Gardiner Method (RGM), developed in the 1980s by American jazz drummer Ronnie Gardiner, is a multisensory exercise method intended to stimulate the brain into an optimal state. Combining rhythm, music, movement, language, symbols, and fun, it activates the brain and strengthens coordination between the left and right hemispheres, establishes new connections between different brain areas, and stimulates the production of neurotransmitters such as dopamine, endorphins, and serotonin. Possible effects include improved concentration, coordination, and motor skills, as well as enhanced balance between body and mind, increased self-confidence, and boosted energy.
