No perfectly polished performance, no pre-recorded pieces, just the pure pleasure of practicing an art together, listening, exchanging and with kindness. On the occasion of "Samedi au Théâtre," the concept is applied to dramatic writing. Four authors write four improvised texts based on a theme given to them the day before the reading. They have less than 24 hours to compose a short work of about fifteen minutes and discuss their writing approach before reciting their text to the audience at the Grand Théâtre. Their words and rhythms will be accompanied by musical improvisations.
