Summer Fit - Move & Strengthen This Summer
An accessible and dynamic course to stay active during the summer, regain energy, and adopt good movement habits. Through exercises of muscle strengthening, mobility, and breathing, this course enables working the whole body in a motivating and caring environment. The goal is to move regularly, to gently strengthen the body, to improve posture and mobility, to gain tone and energy, and to feel good both physically and mentally. The course is suitable for all levels, for beginners as well as those wishing to resume progressive physical activity during the summer. Please note that there are no changing rooms or showers on site.
