Course: Workshop "Yoga & Anatomy" - Hips & Psoas
Trained in the method of Dr. Bernadette de Gasquet, I guide you towards a more conscious, respectful, and effective yoga practice. Here, it is not just about "doing poses," but rather about understanding how and why to practice them, in connection with breathing and alignment. I offer a series of workshops combining accessible anatomy with guided practice. Each independent workshop provides tangible guidance to protect the back, the perineum, and the joints, as well as simple tools to integrate into your daily life. Open to all — practitioners, teachers, or returning individuals — with one objective: to make you autonomous.
Workshop Hips & Psoas – stability and freedom of movement: the psoas, a deep essential muscle, plays a key role in posture, the back, and breathing. This workshop helps you understand it better to regain both stability and mobility, without straining. Through a clear approach and targeted exercises, you will learn to distinguish between stretching and releasing, understand the impact of the psoas on the lower back and pelvis, and improve your overall posture. Ideal for athletes, individuals suffering from lower back tension, and practitioners wishing to gain ease in standing poses and fluidity in their movements.
