Mudam turns 20! – Open Day

On Open Day, Mudam offers a programme of encounters, conversations and hands-on experiences that encourage visitors to engage more closely with the museum’s collection, ideas and public role. The agenda includes participatory workshops, multilingual guided tours, and a variety of ways to explore contemporary art. Highlights of the day include: - "Building Your Bank" by SUPERFLEX, a participatory project imagining the bank of the future. - Textile workshop "Weave – Knot" with Chaumière Oiseau Studio, exploring latch hooking as a meditative practice. - Live (photo) drawing booth with Rafaela Bermond, creating hand-made portraits for visitors. - "Riso Birthday Collage" risograph workshop with Jessica Frascht, to design a special birthday card. - Multilingual guided tours and a drawing tour in Park Dräi Eechelen. - “New Voices of Mudam” with RYSE: young participants lead tours in their own languages. - Guided tour "Architects of the Future" focused on SUPERFLEX. - Conversation: "Le monde insolite des réserves de musées" with Marie-Noëlle Farcy and François Giannesini.
