The exhibition "The Nature of Edward Steichen" highlights one of the most visionary photographers of the early 20th century. Fascinated by the variations of light in nature, Steichen captures the reflections of the sky, the play of shadow in the foliage, and the almost painterly brilliance of flowers. Bringing together photographs, mostly from the MNAHA collection and the Steichen family, the exhibition offers an exceptional ensemble. This exhibition is co-produced by Lët’z Arles with the Musée national d’archéologie, d’histoire et d’art (MNAHA), supported by the Centre national de l’audiovisuel (CNA) and in collaboration with the Estate of Edward Steichen.
