As part of the European Heritage Days, follow in the footsteps of Thionville’s former gates on a guided tour through the heart of the city. Along the route, discover the locations of former gates and ramparts, as well as several buildings that have since disappeared. Using restored and colourised period photographs, compare Thionville of yesterday with today and observe how the city’s landmark sites have changed.
