Working from magazine references or each other, we will focus on the traditional front-facing portrait and learn how the features relate to one another. This workshop is not about perfection, but about developing observation and understanding the underlying structure of the face. Suitable for complete beginners as well as those who would like to refresh their drawing skills. For those wishing to explore portraiture further, a longer portrait course will follow later in the year. During this workshop, you will: Explore the basic proportions of the face.
