Experience the unity of movement, breath and music. (Yoga experience required) Inside Flow is an evolution of vinyasa yoga that uses music to take the yoga practice deeper. The class consists of transitioning between yoga asanas while synchronizing breath and movement to the beat of the music. Step by step, a sequence is built and then choreographed to a particular song. Inspired by the yogic philosophy SPANDA—the pulsation of nature—this practice aims to harmonize body and mind and to reach a meditative state through the combination of music, breath and movement.
