Come and discover the film "Taste the Waste" by Valentin Thurn – an award-winning documentary that highlights, in a striking and accessible way, the extent of food waste in the world. The film analyzes the causes of this waste and shows that a large part of the food produced is lost throughout the entire food chain, from the field to the supermarket or our plate. It also highlights the consequences of this phenomenon on the climate, environment, and natural resources, while presenting inspiring initiatives and possible solutions for more sustainable consumption. After the screening, you can exchange ideas with representatives of On.perfekt and Transition Nord, two associations committed to combating food waste. They will present their missions and activities and explain how everyone can help reduce food waste through simple daily actions. The debate will allow participants to discuss the causes and consequences of food waste and ways to limit it in everyday life. The discussion will also be an opportunity to ask questions and share ideas.
