Between keys and baton, Pierre Nimax Sr. (1930–2021) shaped Luxembourg's musical history for decades as a conductor, pianist, organist, composer, singer, educator, and court conductor. For the first time, his life, musical works, and influence on Luxembourgish theatre, the Revue, musical theatre, male choirs, and military music are explored. Previously unpublished documents and photographs from his archive at the National Library provide insights into his vibrant post-war life. The exhibition is in German.
