Inspired by the life of Marceline Orbés – a pioneering clown, mentor to Charlie Chaplin, and reference for Buster Keaton – the piece tells the story of his artistic brilliance and tragic decline with the advent of cinema. Marceline invites audiences young and old on a sensorial journey that celebrates the power of performance, memory, and imagination. It is a tribute to forgotten artists and the timeless beauty of the stage.
