Guided Tour – Architects of the Future
- exhibition
- visit
As part of the SUPERFLEX project The Bank, Mudam organises special guided tours dedicated to the architecture and history of the museum. Participants will learn about the design and history of this landmark by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Ieoh Ming Pei and discover how Mudam has changed the landscape of Luxembourg. Afterwards, they will be invited to imagine the future architecture of Mudam and its adjacent park by playing with the clay blocks assembled during the Building Your Bank workshop. Together, they will create a collective "city of banks" outside Mudam’s unique building. Their participation will serve as a blueprint for SUPERFLEX's permanent installation project in Park Dräi Eechelen. SUPERFLEX, a collective founded in 1993 by Jakob Fenger, Bjørnstjerne Christiansen and Rasmus Rosengren Nielsen, develops major public space projects. Often participatory, their approach involves communities and aims to imagine new social, human or interspecies models.
