Guided Tour – Architects of the Future

In the framework of The Bank project by SUPERFLEX, Mudam organises special guided tours focused on the architecture and history of the museum. Participants will learn about the design and history of this landmark by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Ieoh Ming Pei and discover how Mudam has changed the Luxembourg landscape. They will then be invited to imagine the future of Mudam’s architecture and its surrounding park by using clay blocks from the Building Your Bank workshop to collectively create a "city of banks" outside Mudam’s unique building. Their participation will serve as a blueprint for SUPERFLEX's project to create a permanent installation in Park Dräi Eechelen.
SUPERFLEX, founded in 1993 by Jakob Fenger, Bjørnstjerne Christiansen and Rasmus Rosengren Nielsen, is a collective known for participatory public projects involving local communities and specialists, with a focus on new models of urbanism including other living species.
